Tasting Notes:
Methode Ancestrale otherwise known as Petillant Naturale or Pet Nat. The ferment finishes in the bottle trapping not only the bubbles in the bottles but all the ferment characters too. Most lees removed at disgorgement leaving this a clean lightly bubbled fresh wine. No added sulphur. Vegan-friendly
 
100% Grenache, whole bunch ferment. Mixed berry fruits - mulberry, raspberry, strawberry keeping palate light and fresh with some cidery notes. Spice and cherry cola thing happening, though it’s not sweet, as such. Strawberry and a cooling hard sweet flavour, light playful bubbles, a little orange and peel bitterness on a good long finish.'

If petnat's your thing this is a light and refreshing wine.  Its an easy drinking wine on it's own but will go with almost anything but blue cheese!
