100% Estate grown.

Brilliant water like core with a greenish tint to the surrounds. Filling the nostrils are aromas of peach, ripe pear, honeysuckle and apricot with some ginger and spice notes also evident. Rich, full and luscious, the palate possesses terrific intensity and textural volume. Mouth filling flavours of peach, apricot and honeycomb overlay subtle musk and ginger spice elements. Balanced acidity counterpoints the well proportioned feel leading into a long and creamy yet fresh finish.

Tasting Notes:

A full display of marsanne's strengths from the utter delight of lifted wildflower, jasmine, stone fruit and citrus aromas and flavours to a warm textural mouthfeel and a finish that lasts long. Oak lends a guiding hand in delivering a nougat creaminess and emphasising middle-palate flavour and complexity.

Cellaring:

This wine is drinking beautifully now, however, put it down and be rewarded over the next 2 to 3 years as the colour deepens and the flavours develop.
